At a ceremony on Wednesday, Samsung introduced the new ‘fan edition’ products, which included the much anticipated S21 FE, Galaxy S9 FE and S9 FE + tablet, as well as the Galaxy Buds FE. Early in 2022, Samsung released their final Fan Edition smartphone, the S21 FE, and later decided not to release the S22 FE.
Here are all the products that were introduced during the most recent Samsung event:
Galaxy Tab S9 FE and S9 FE+
The Octa-Core Exynos 1380 processor powers both the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE+, both of which use IPS LCD displays rather than the OLED ones seen on their more expensive equivalents.
The Tab S9 FE has a 10.9-inch LCD screen with a refresh rate of up to 90 Hz and an 8,000 mAh battery that supports 45 W fast charging. However, Samsung does not provide an adapter with the FE series devices; it must be purchased separately.
Additionally, the S9 FE+ has a 12.4-inch LCD screen with the same 90 Hz refresh rate and a 10,090mAh battery that is said to provide a long-lasting battery life of up to 20 hours.

Samsung S23 FE
The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 CPU from last year, which was also used in devices like the Pixel 7a and Nothing Phone (2), powers the Samsung S23 FE. With a 50 MP main sensor, a 12 MP ultra-wide lens, and an 8 MP telephoto lens with a 3X optical zoom, Samsung’s newest mid-range smartphone has a triple camera configuration.
The 6.4-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Display on the Samsung S23 FE supports 120 Hz adaptive brightness and IP 68 water and dust protection.
Galaxy Buds FE:
The new Galaxy Buds FE are available for $99 and offer Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Ambient Sound, providing users with a more immersive audio experience.
With ANC switched on, the Buds 9 FE’s battery life is 6 hours on the earbuds and 21 hours on the case, while without ANC, it’s 8.5 hours on the earbuds and 30 hours on the case. The new earbuds include three microphones as well, and Samsung claims to be utilising an AI-powered Deep Neutral Network (DNN), which isolates your speech from background noise and improves call clarity.
